RMCA Letter of Intent (LOI)
 
The LOI is your fist step in demonstrating your commitment to enroll your child. Actual registration will occur at a later date to be announced. The Letter of Intent is required to reserve your child's slot or to place him/her on the waiting list for a filled class. An actual signature is required on the document ( no typed or computer generated signatures ).

Parents – You will be receiving an e-mail or phone call to confirm the receipt of your “Letter of Intent”. Each name is entered into the database in preparation of the lottery which will be ran January 25, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year.

A "Family Number" has also been assigned. This number is the same for all children in your household.

Signed LOI's received after the January 25th lottery receive placement in accordance with the following rule:
2010-11 available slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis after the lottery slots are filled. Students signed up for future years (unless a sibling is an attending student) will be placed in the next available lottery.
