RMCA Home School Support Program for Grades K-8
2010-2011 School Year

WELCOME to all Pikes Peak area home educators, regardless of district of residence
Students must be five by 10/1/2101 for kindergarten and six by 9/15/2010 for first grade.

We offer a one-day a week academic and enrichment program that works in partnership and compliments the goals of home schooling families.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 – 3:00 PM each day

CLASSES MEET:
Monday: 1st, 2nd and 4th grades
Tuesday: Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades
Wednesday: 1st, 3rd and 5th grades
Thursday: Kindergarten, 5th/6th and 7th/8th grades

DATES: August 16, 2010 to May 12, 2011

CLASSES: Interactive, hands-on learning including Core Knowledge Science, Language Arts and Art, Critical Thinking Skills, and PE. Music for grades K-4. Grades 5-8 have Interact classes/clubs with team activities. Character traits emphasized.

CURRICULUM: All materials provided with a lending library of curriculum to borrow.
