Alicia Rhodes

Teacher

Hello, my name is Alicia Rhodes and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the RMCA 4th grade team. I am originally from Spokane Washington and my incredible journey with the Air Force brought me here to Colorado where I finally call home. I have two beautiful children who are my whole world. We spend our time enjoying each other out in nature. This is my 5th year teaching and look forward to continuing to partner with the community in teaching. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to teach your children and love seeing your students succeed and reach their full potential. Watching children grow and enjoy learning is super important to me. I am beyond excited to meet you and your students.

Hi all! My name is Madelyn Shasteen, and I am so thrilled to be a part of the 4th grade team and RMCA community! I am originally from Ohio but recently moved to Colorado Springs, and have been loving every minute of it! I graduated from John Brown University in Arkansas where I ran cross country and track. In my free time, I love doing any and all things outdoors, playing pickleball, rollerblading, hiking, camping, and spending time with my friends and family. I am so excited and honored to invest in, love on, and equip each and every student to be all that they were created to be!
