All household income information provided to the school district is strictly confidential and protected by law. Only one application is required for all children in the household. Families do not need to provide immigration, migrant, citizenship, or refugee status information when completing the form. Participation in these programs is available regardless of immigration status. We encourage all families to complete the form each school year to help ensure students, families, and schools continue to receive valuable resources and support.

Your Information is Protected

Completing the form helps:

  • Support school meal programs and offset the cost of providing nutritious meals to students.

  • Fund after-school programs, educational resources, and additional student support services.

  • Connect eligible families with benefits such as discounted school fees, class materials, transportation assistance, utility support programs, and more.

Just as in previous years, families are encouraged to provide their household income information to the school district. While meals are provided at no cost to all students through Colorado's Healthy School Meals for All program, this information remains essential to ensuring schools receive the full amount of federal funding available to support students and families.

Important Reminders for Families

Free Meals for All Students

Colorado's Healthy School Meals for All program helps ensure students have access to nutritious meals throughout the school day. For more information about meal services and eligibility programs, please contact our Nutrition Services Department. Even though school meals are provided at no cost to students, it is important for families to complete the applicable meal benefits form each year. These forms help our school secure funding that supports healthy meals, nutrition programs, educational resources, and additional services for students!
