Teacher, Team Lead

Amanda Schoap
I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade this year! I earned my B.A. in Social Science and Education and have experience teaching a variety of elementary grades. I love building a classroom community where every student feels encouraged, supported, and inspired to learn. One of my favorite things about teaching 4th grade is watching students grow in their independence and confidence. Outside of school, I enjoy music, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Hi, I’m Kristin Siekmeier, a Colorado native, and this is my 13th year teaching and my eighth year at RMCA. I absolutely love teaching and working with kids. I’m so excited to be teaching fourth grade this year and can’t wait for all the learning and growth ahead. Outside the classroom, I love being in the mountains, spending time with friends and family, and cozying up on the couch with a good book. I’m a lifelong learner myself, and I hope to inspire my students to develop that same love for learning every day in our classroom.
