National Junior Honor Society

National Junior Honor Society
The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy recognizes and encourages students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship. Membership provides students with meaningful opportunities to grow as leaders while making a positive impact within the school and broader community.
Students who meet the GPA requirements for NJHS will receive an application at the beginning of Quarter 3. Completed applications must be submitted by the posted deadline to the NJHS sponsor, Mr. Foster. Following submission, the NJHS Staff Council will review all applications and notify students of acceptance or declination.
Accepted members will be invited to participate in an induction ceremony held after school hours. Ceremony invitations will be included in acceptance packets. NJHS members are expected to uphold high academic and behavioral standards while actively engaging in service projects, school events, and leadership opportunities.
At RMCA, NJHS is more than an honor—it is a commitment to excellence and service that helps students build strong character, develop leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to their school community and beyond.
