1st Grade Team
This is my 3rd year at RMCA teaching 1st grade. I received my degree in Elementary Education from Emporia State University. I moved to Colorado Springs with my husband in 2013. We have a three year old daughter, who loves her RMCA family. My family and I love to hike and travel. I am looking forward to another amazing year.
This is my 2nd year teaching 1st grade at RMCA. I have a degree in History with a minor and concentration in French and Education from Hillsdale College. I am originally from Arizona and enjoy jeeping, dancing, tennis, volleyball, and anything outdoors. I am looking forward to a great year with these first graders!
Hello! I am Mrs. Vivienne Kelly and it’s been an absolute pleasure teaching at RMCA for three years! This is my 7th year in elementary education and my fourth year in first grade (my favorite)! My husband and I are proud parents of 2 beautiful girls (the second was recently born In August). I look forward to having an amazing year upon returning from my maternity leave.
My name is Mrs. Theresa Osborn. This is my second year teaching First Grade at RMCA and I am loving every minute of it! I moved here last year from Clarkston, Michigan where I lived for 16 years. I'm originally from Colorado so it is good to be "home". I have 2 adult sons, one which is newly married, and a husband of 33 years.
This is my 5th year of teaching and being a part of the RMCA family. Early childhood education is my passion and I was a preschool teacher for 8 years before earning my license. I love kindergarten and all the exploring, learning and fun we get to have.
"I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a teacher, and this is my third year teaching at RMCA. I am excited to be back! It's been fun to be part of this community, and it makes me happy when I have former students come visit me! I recently got married, and my husband and I enjoy going on walks around our neighborhood, discovering new places to eat, and going kayaking. I also love going to Target and finding cool coffee shops!"
