3rd Grade Team
Hey, all my name is Miss Barson and this is my first year at RMCA. I am so excited to join such an incredible family. This is also my first year teaching, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado this past May (Go Bears!!) I was born and raised in Colorado but a majority of my family and heart lives in Tennessee (Go Titans!!). I live for sports and being outdoors.
When I was twelve, I knew that I wanted to teach elementary school. Through the years, I worked in lunch rooms, volunteered in classrooms, was a classroom aide, and did several years of substitute teaching. Helping children learn more about themselves and the world is one of my favorite parts of teaching. I have been at RMCA since it began in 2006, teaching 4th, 1st, and 3rd grade. I have two adult daughters. One is a first grade teacher at Banning Lewis Ranch Academy. My other daughter just moved to Miami with her husband who is in the Army. When I'm not at school, I can be found with a good book and cup of tea, enjoying the mountain air, traveling, or spending time with good friends and family.
Hello!!! My name is Bailey Coulahan. This will be my 4th year of teaching, but my first year here at RMCA. I am so excited to be a part of the amazing RMCA family. I graduated from University of Colorado Colorado Springs with my Bachelors in Elementary Education and an emphasis in English. I have been married to my husband for 3 years and we have an awesome son who is almost two-years-old. In our free time, we enjoy hiking in the mountains and snowboarding. I absolutely love teaching and being with kids. I can't wait for this school year to start...I have a feeling it's going to be the best one yet
I am Kristin Siekmeier. This will be my 9th year teaching! This is my fourth year at RMCA!!
